Lastly, we present the two or three scenarios to you, emphasizing their distinct advantages, to enable you to select the one that most closely aligns with your expectations. After it has been verified, the sole remaining task is to determine a date that is mutually agreeable for all parties.
The team-building session
We are establishing a connection between the various participants and, most importantly, formalizing an action plan with each participant to ensure the sustainability of the outcomes during the seminar. We are unraveling the selected scenario. A professional photographer will accompany us throughout the Team Building to capture all the significant occasions, thereby facilitating this process. Consequently, he will be able to comprehend the progression of each participant’s body language and behaviors.
Cold feedback
In summary, we will return to meet with you, both individually and as a team, several weeks after the Team Building, to present the ebook that was generated from the photographer’s photographs. This will provide your team with the opportunity to evaluate the progress made in the implementation of the action plans that were developed during the seminar, with a particular focus on their impact on the issue that served as the foundation for the Team Building.
